they sell you vehicles that cost over 10k and need over 5k in repairs and lie to you saying things work when they don't. very poor service. stay away. only thing for sale here is lemons.

I’ve been to Faulkner 3 or 4 times now within the past few months to have an issue fixed. My car starts shaking on the highway after a few miles and is clearly not running right. After bringing it in for the 3rd or 4th time to have a new part put on, my car still has the same issue. I bought this car brand new and am really starting to hate my car and becoming extremely frustrated with Faulkner Subaru.

Love my outback! Buying was made simple. Finance good service. Have not experienced service yet but . Judging from the way they run the dealership I don’t expect any problems. The car was totally explained. Very happy so far and would recommend .

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. We will NEVER do business with this place ever again. My husband took his 2017 subaru wrx that has 24k miles on it to diagnose it because the car wouldn't shift into gear and would only go into reverse..the car has been there for 33 days! Not only did they fabricate reasons to deny the warranty and change the reasoning multiple times..they refuse to put the car back together unless we pay additional costs. The service rep was respectful the entire time we have been dealing with this.. ... read more
