The project manager did not do his job properly and had terrible communication. He showed up at my house, looked around for less than 5 minutes, didn’t listen to me, took his notes, and left without explaining what damages needed to be redone or what his action plan was. I requested the damage estimate via email, and even though he should have sent it weeks ago, he never did. Overall, this was a very unprofessional experience.
Faulkner Restoration is amazing! We were dealing with a LOT of issues caused by water damage. Our drywall, flooring, and a cabinet were impacted. They worked seamlessly with our home insurance from start to finish. Huge thanks to Justin and the team for taking weight off our shoulders during this stressful time!
