They have properties everywhere on craigslist, Facebook and even out in the twin area. They never answer their phone they don't have any business sense to return a phone call. You can't even leave a message and when they did finally call me, the woman cussed me out. Also stating how she would never rent to me and she doesn't even know me. Properties are in bad shape, rude and unprofessional.
Rented from them for over a year. Living wasn't bad, but the owners of the properties are not professional at all. Everytime we had to contact her about any issue we had she would never be on time. She always said she had to many things going on like its my problem. When we finally moved out she charged us for things that were already broken when we moved out. Good thing I will never rent from them.
Terrible people! My husband and I are incredibly clean people. We cleaned our apartment following her move out checklist, then had her do a walk through and cleaned the minor things she pointed out. We still did not get our deposit back, she actually wanted us to pay more! And it was ridiculous stuff. We took pictures upon move out and almost took them to court. Very similar move out experience to another review. These people will find any excuse to get money out of you. Do not rent from them!!
They were replacing a water heater in an apartment we were renting from them. In the process of draining it, it was incorrectly done and instead it shot out water and sprayed on our new tv, directv, and game consoles. The water damaged our tv and it took them 2 months to replace. We rented from them for over 4 years and upon move out from the unit we were being harassed about the dish water not working.
