Took them almost a week to ship a part that was supposed to come in a couple of days. Thank god my life didnt depend on their service, or I would have been buying a casket next
I really hate writing this but Faulkner Infiniti of Willow Grove are truly disappointing. Not only did the rip me off of over $400, I drove my car from the dealer just for the check engine to come back on! Took it back and the had my car for 2 1/2 weeks to fix. Now it went from fuel injection cleaning to the timing chain needing to be replaced. Oh did I tell you somebody drove my car went thru a toll and never told me.
