Updated to add: my friend got a certified used 2019 HRV here, and a lot of items that were supposed to be addressed before she got it, were missed. A dent in the roof, a dent/scratch on the back, sunroof didn't open at all and made a grinding noise, a sun visor just fell out one day (looked like it had been rigged to stay up but was clearly broken) and the seats were stained. I am very disappointed with my experience so far. I purchased a certified used 2019 Honda HRV in December 2024. I was assured by the sales team that a thorough checklist was being completed before I took delivery of the car. Upon purchase, I found the sunroof wouldn't open, the drivers door window made a stuttering sound when being lowered, the dent in the roof I was told was being repaired was still there, the front and rear seats had stains in them.
