Wonderful experience buying Honda passport
We came in for our first oil change and tire rotation and inspection. We had an 8:30am appt. scheduled. We waited 2 hours for our car to be done. Much too long of a wait with a scheduled appt.
I moved to the area over 2 years ago and had my 2020 CRV serviced and inspected here. The waiting area is comfortable and the employees are always pleasant and helpful. I decided to trade up and had a great experience working with Chrishon and Jacob who put me in a Certified 2024 EX-L that was exactly what I wanted and worked to make sure I was happy. Will always have my car serviced here and have always found Faulkner dealerships to have terrific employees without the pressure. I’ll be back!
