A great experience with Clarence getting a solid Honda HRV for my daughter. Appreciated the honest, no-nonsense and professional service.
Great customer service. I'm more demanding than most customers having been a quality control manager at a high end car dealership service department. Joe and Chris are very professional and knowledgeable, gave me peace of mind and allowed me to speak with the tech, Samuel after the job was completed. Samuel was terrific as well, answering all my questions with professionalism and competence. Costs a little more at the dealership but you get what you pay for, at least with these guys.
We had a great experience working with Laura, Mitch and Vinnie at Faulkner Honda. Mitch was very friendly and knowledgeable. The team worked to provide us with the best possible pricing to stay within our budget.
My husband bought me a Honda HRV from a dealership in Quackertown in February. It was a second hand with low mileage. I received a recall notice for a software update and decided to go to Doylestown Honda. I was there and they came back with my dirty filter in hand! They told me that they wanted $68 for a new filter and $500 to replace liquids! Never gave them permission to do so! A filter is only $18 on Amazon!
