My issue was taken care of, I was very satisfied with my service visit. The service advisor explained all the steps needed to take care of my issue, the cost of repairs, etc. Since I am handicapped, the service advisor helped me get back to the cashier so I could pay my bill, pulled my vehicle to a convenient spot where I could get into it easier. Faulkner...TO BE SURE.
I want to share my recent experience so others know what to expect. I recently inquired about a used vehicle early November at this dealership and was initially told that it was available to view, test-drive, and even place a deposit on. We purchased a GMC Acadia from here. Sales department was great! Service department is far from great. Their lack of communication is horrendous. When we purchased the vehicle they said we would receive “VIP treatment” which turns out to be a big scam. The cars radio/gps screen would turn off and blink, and malfunction. We bought a used GMC Acadia from this dealership less than six months ago, and it has been an absolute nightmare. We were told the vehicle was in great shape and that there were no issues whatsoever. Not even six months later, the entire transmission failed and had to be completely replaced.
