Great Service, Very Resonable! I Want to give the Service Department at Ideal Buick, Frederick We came in with our dash light on, with a repair estimate from another GM facitlity. They had the part and the repair done in less than 2 hours, and I saved about 500. off my repair estimate from the other dealer. My mechanic couldnt figure it out. Ideal restored my confidence in the dealer and I will be back to see them again. I give them all High Fives , and we are very happy with how our car runs....I will definately return!
good service I have had to take my car in for warrenty service a number of times with my young children in tow. They have a great waiting area with free coffee and popcorn and comffy charis and a tv. They even gave my son the biggest balloon I had ever seen. His sister who was a t school was mad she didn't get to sit and wait as well.
Excellent Service Best service department bar none. They kept me up to date on the progress of my car, and they fixed more than I thought they would. All service work was covered under warranty which I was very thankful for. Kudos to all employees at the service department. Looking forward to seeing you guys in the future.
Buy a Pontiac here! Mike Youngs is well known for their prestigous dealership and the people that work there are the same way! I must say, it was the most pleasurable experience that I have ever had looking at cars and asking questions! No problem at all! I WILL be back! They also have a big variety of vehicles, new and used!
Great Dealership! There are many, many nice new as well as used cars there....no lemons! I have never had a problem with Mike Youngs. I have had my vehicle in their body shop as well and it was very quick ! It is a very clean dealership and they usually offer many deals through the month..also, if you need help with financing, they are quick and do not make you feel like you are less important at any time.
Dealer didn't follow through with deal made on phone I inquired about a vehicle online to see if it was still available. When I was told it was, I spoke to Don Thoele about coming up to see it because I live 2 hours away. He insisted I come up late on a Friday (july 6, 2 012) and we could work terms out over the phone (contingent I come drive and like the car). So my father and I drove up at 7pm on a Friday (7/6/12) show up to buy, and another buyer had got there 10 min before us. Stuck with a Lemon! We bought a used car from this dealership about a week and a half ago. My initial thought of this dealership was that it was great! The salesman was not pushy and appeared to be very honest. However, it appears that I have been dupped into buying a lemon used car!!!! The car has not started for me three times due to a bad battery connection. I LOVE CANNON! I have bought a car at Cannon over a year ago and have had it serviced a few times there! Unfortunately visited the Body Shop once as well. Everyone is so helpful!!! They have intelligent staff to always help me out when I have a questions. They are just awesome!
BUYER BEWARE Buyer Beware: I promise to give my full and accurate account of my experience with Cannon Auto Group. I bought a used car online from them through a posting in Auto Trader.
