Good deals I think you can get a pretty decent deal here if you know what the car is worth and how much you're willing to pay before you arrive. Do your homework first. They tend to use a lot of the old fashioned "used car dealer" tactics and terms. The facility really needs modernizing, especially after seeing what other dealers are doing with their buildings. This is a small place that hasn't advanced much past the 1960's or 70's. Today people like the comforts of the new modern places when buying a car.
Faulkner We recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealer and we were satisfied with the transaction. It wasn't the best experience we've had buying a car but it wasn't bad. Just be aware of the prices and what you're willing to pay.
Wouldn't sell me a car! i tried to buy a car there with my own financing & they didn't want to sell me one! I had a blank check from Capitol 1 & they gave me some story about not getting paid by them 3 years ago. I'm sure they just wanted me to finance it through them so they get their kick back. I drove over an hour to get there because they had the exact car I wanted. I didn't know they were doing so well they didn't need my business. Avoid them!!

Dealership - Bad; Sevice Dept - Good My family had two Pontiac Montana minivans and one Bonneville. The service department was excellent here. I always felt they were giving me an honest diagnosis and the work was good. The sales department is lackluster at best. Although my experience is a few years old, I can see why GM is in such trouble. I contacted a sales person, interested in a new mini-van that was not out yet. Great Let me start by saying that my father has now purchased four cars from this dealership, so they must be doing something right. They are friendly and we were able to get a great deal on my grand am. The service department is great too. They're very thorough. Anytime I've had an issue with my car, they've been able to fix it promptly.
