Always treated well and services provided are performed satisfactory. Just bought my second vehicle. Traded my X-1 for the X-3. Very happy with the deal and we love the X-3. Jonathan Hoxsworth is so pleasant to deal with. 7/18/2019 , 18,000 on my X-3 and in for service. Oil change, state inspection and they removed a ding for free. Great service from all involved. I would not want someone else to have the same car buying experience that I had. The sales person was low energy and to some degree seemed unmotivated to service me. Communication was not good or consistent.
Excellent customer service. Everything was on time and the communication was great from start to finish.
