I have always been very apprehensive of mechanics, and it takes a lot to gain my trust. Faulkner BMW has been servicing my vehicles for YEARS. I have never had any issues with my service providers. I have given this dealership multiple chances over the years, and unfortunately my recent experience confirmed that I will never return. Years ago, I was quoted roughly $25,000 for a repair that the dealership ultimately could not diagnose or fix. After months without my vehicle, BMW North America had to step in and resolve the issue.
