Overall Great service.
I purchased a car out of state from Faulkner BMW on 2/7/25 and wired the payment to them that day. Today is 2/25/25 and I still do not have the car! I had to call on 2/21a full two weeks after they took my money and pitch an absolute fit and threaten to call whoever owns the dealership for them to get someone to pick the car up for shipment on 2/22/25. I was promised deliver on Sunday 2/23 or Monday 2/24 at the latest. Could not reach anyone from the shipping company over the weekend and the car didn’t show up on Sunday. I c... read more
