I made an appointment for Aug 13 for annual service several weeks in advance with the Service Manager (Jeff Phillips?). Brought the car in bright and early. Jeff was on vacation. Got my loaner. After not hearing from them by 5:20pm, I called and found out that the technician didn't get the work done and the Service Department was closed for the weekend!
