I made an appointment for Aug 13 for annual service several weeks in advance with the Service Manager (Jeff Phillips?). Brought the car in bright and early. Jeff was on vacation. Got my loaner. After not hearing from them by 5:20pm, I called and found out that the technician didn't get the work done and the Service Department was closed for the weekend! Faulkner Alfa Romeo comes highly recommended. Their staff is, Professional, Knowledgeable and Service Oriented. From the moment I walked in the door for my scheduled test drive to the second I drove out of the service bay after having interior/exterior protection applied I was treated like family.

My wife and I had a really great experience in the purchase of my certified 2018 Stelvio. Faulkner Mechanicsburg had the right car for me and made sure that every phase from the time I first walked in the door to the time the salesman (Tim) took our picture as we were ready to drive off was handled in a professional manner. I purchase the used and now a 2020 Gulia. The staff was very cordial and helpful. During the pandemic everything is quite different and unprecedented and they did their best to accommodate me.
