We were disappointed with the work done by Faulenbach Plumbing during a major residential renovation. We found Peter to be very slow to respond after the work had begun and issues arose. It seemed that our project was an inconvenience because it was further away than the bulk of his work. We have had a series of leaks in fixtures, drains and a shower pan two of which have caused ceiling or cabinet damage. They open my cottage and do all our plumbing repair and installation new construction or old. Fast, communicative and and skilled. They have experience with plumbing and do great work! Just good people in a family run business. You want a plumber you can trust. These are the guys.

We have used Pete for over twenty years. He is honest and does exceptional work. You won’t find a more honest and decent person. Many people look to rip you off, but Pete does not work this way. He is the best!

I left my contact info and issue i had with my weak water flow on Peter's website. Peter responded me at the same day. Peter made an appointment with me and call me 30 mins before the appointment, showed up on time, check everything and fix my issue right away without spending significant expense to replace the water pipe. very appreciate Peter's service and timely response. definitely will get him if i have any plumbing, cooling, heating issue in the future.
