Absolutely the best service in Lexington. I have definitely found a reputable repair shop. Chauncey went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired quickly and for a very reasonable price. He also took the time to explain the repair that my car needed and the cost before he started the work. The office staff even made a courtesy call two weeks after my repair to make sure that all was well with the repair. How often does that happen these days? Faulconer Brothers has definitely gained all of my future business.
Absolutely the best autocare shop in Lexington. I am so glad I found someone that knows what they are doing. They have better pricing than other places here in town. Chauncey also doesn't talk to women like they are clueless about car repairs. He explains what will be done to your vehicle and the price. Very nice gentleman. His office staff and the other guy working with them was very nice and really helpful. I am going to refer others to him and not go anywhere else for my car repairs.
The service I have received from these guys has been top notch. I trust them with every part of my vehicles. They are a great bunch of guys that truly care about the work they send out in the road.
My first time in and I couldn't be happier. Everything was clearly explained and the service was completed quickly with zero inconvenience to me. I will definitely be back (though hopefully not too soon.)
Faulconer Brothers is great. Very trustworthy and good pricing. Always gives an estimate up front, which is lower than competition estimates. Completely trust Chauncey and his team, which is hard to find but very important to me. They have worked on all of our cars: Toyota, Ford, and Chevy. All work completed well and on time. Highly recommend.
