Duplicate entries for the square footage of my garage/carport and 2 different sq footage prices . One is 294 sq ft @ $32= $9,408 and another right below it 294 sq ft@ $26 = $7,644 Which is it bro? $32 per square foot or $26? And I paid $500 for this report?! Also, if you use this company then re-check the comps they use because their information is highly incorrect. Go get a reputable appraiser and don’t use New American Funding for lending because this is the appraisal company they use. I wish I could take a picture of this... read more
If you want a "low-ball" appraisal, then contact this group. Ondray's appraisal for our property came in lower than what we purchased for in 2011 (at the height of the real-estate bust!). As a result, we lost significant money on the sale of our house as a seller. Even after pointing out an entire page of inaccuracies and errors, he stands by his sub-standard work. AVOID!!!
