Just wanted to share a fun little tid bit I found online made by the owner of this company. A lovely young lady posted a progress video of her weight loss. This boy responded saying” don’t take your clothes off.” I would urge anyone in this area to look elsewhere where before hiring him for roofing needs. I certainly would not want like this around my house.
I had hailstorm damage in May 2023. Nick came out the next day to look at my house. I contacted the insurance company and Nick came out to meet with the insurance company rep. to make sure they saw everything. Nick coordinated and oversaw the following: 1) Roof replacement (upgrade from class 2 to class 4 shingles) 2) Repainting the exterior 3) New gutters 4) Repair and Stain Fence 5) Window and Window screen Replacements 6) Stain and Seal front door 7) Stain garage doors It was a big job...approximately $40,000 total. Gary and Nick Faucett have done work for us a few times. Repair from hail and wind damage a couple of times and a full replacement after a major hail storm. They are a great family owned company. Quick to respond, quick to call back and quick to take care of your home. More than fair prices. We highly recommend Faucett Roofing.
Gary was excellent. He let me know every step of the way what he was doing. He also let me know his professional opinion on additional work but let me know “I don’t like it when trades add additional things on, I just wanted you to know what I am seeing so you can decide for yourself.” This made all the difference.
