Company is a fraud. What I ordered was not what was received. The packaging of unopened box represented the model number of item ordered as did the instructions manuals. I determined that the item inside the box was a different model, not any way what I ordered. Beyond the 30 day return policy there is no recourse for a refund. The phones are never answered by a person and only a message can be left. Calls are not returned. This company is a fraud. Just don’t give them your money, it’s a good as gone! JUST DON’T DO IT!!!

Had a really great experience with this company. I needed a particular sink as I was having a kitchen renovation. I ordered a sink from another place but it would not arrive for almost two weeks. So I called the company that makes the sink and they told me that Faucets and more would be able to get me the sink within two days. I called Faucets and more and spoke to Nubia. Not much to say...… their customer service is very poor. They do not know what they are going. The product I received from them is not new.
