They came at 8 pm at night to install my tankless water heater and because it was so dark they installed it lobsided and broke open my wall more then necessary. I texted n asked them to come back and never got a response and the final blow was when I installed it the gas company had a double rebate but you had to submit it within 2 weeks . I never received anything from the gas company so I called to ask about it 3 weeks later and they claimed I never sent pics which I did ! Bad experience. Installed dishwasher while hauling away old one pulled out reverse osmosis output tubing connected to the kitchen sink drain. They deny any liability on there part as per them it is a wear and tear.
I ordered a dishwasher and they were supposed to install it. Well they walked out!! Giving no reason as to why or what else they could do. Left my hot water off and dishwasher half way opened with water leaking from it on my floor! Never have I experienced anything like this. Horrible service!
I have used Doug many times from a plugged drain to now a complete repipe and he is great every time
