I found their Web site by doing a web search. I didn't have a clue as to what name brand faucet I had. So, I sent a picture of the part I needed just like the Web site said to do. I was pleasantly supposed when I got a response within a hour with a link to the part. I ordered the part and it arrived in 3 days. The part worked perfectly. My Water problem was solved. I can't think them enough for the great service they offer. Bravo
Ordered product. Money was taken from my account to pay for the product. Seller will not confirm receipt of payment or purchase and will not supply ANY shipping details. The seller hangs up the phone and will not answer emails when contacted. Seller claims that "internet server's" have blocked their businesses transactions and it is out of their control. (i'm glad I used paypal to make the payment. and that the loss is small)
