I lived in this building for four years and absolutely loved the neighborhood. There's a new Rouses just down the block, which makes last minute grocery shopping very easy. The apartment itself had a lot of natural lighting as well as a designated parking spot for no additional charge. Vi, one of the managers, was absolutely wonderful. She was very responsive to my needs during my time there and even came out to help me during one of her days off.
This apartment complex is owned by MKC Properties (Arnold Kirschman). I'm surprised he is allowed to own and operate real estate in New Orleans. My experience living here was horrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE. There is constant turnover without notification so you do not know who to contact, your calls will be ignored, they don't check the request submissions online.
