I honestly don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this was really frustrating. I made an appointment ahead of time and gave them all my information, including my insurance name and member ID. They confirmed everything and I waited a long time for the appointment. I showed up 30 minutes early like they asked to fill out paperwork. Right away, when they saw my insurance card, they told me the doctor doesn’t accept my specific Blue Shield plan. That is something they should have checked before even confirming my appointment. Dr tan is a real nice and thorough doctor.
Doctor is excellent, just his staff needs a how to treat people seminar or classes on how to be kind and maybe throw a little smile once in a while.
