Great medical staff, office is so friendly and professional, great hours. Update: I am unsure of what changes have gone on with this office, but over the last week, I have called 12 times and left 4 messages with no phone call back. When dealing with health, this unacceptable.
I am so impressed with this office and Dr Berkowitz . They are so organized, thorough, and lovely.
Office staff is amazing. Dr Abruna explains everything and answers all my questions. I am never rushed and all of my medical needs are taken care of.
The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen from a family practice. I was going here 3 years out of convenience and their customer service keeps getting worse each year... I’ve left 4 voice messages for my doctor in the past month, I have not received 1 call back… absolutely pitiful from a family practice.
