I don’t normally write reviews, but I couldn’t bear to think of this happening to someone else. My family and I have been here twice and, BOTH times, have been horrified by our experience. Prior to the shutdown, my 5 year old ordered the kids Mac & cheese. He took one bite and told me it was disgusting and he couldn’t eat anymore. My fiancé and I ate there this evening, and by far the worst experience I’ve had. I’m a server, so I never complain. However, I ordered a medium rare steak and it was charred with deep marks in it, and was just plain awful. I’ll eat a steak no matter what, but this I couldn’t even take more than one bite. Stood to be waited on and be served 15 minutes very rude no one acknowledged us talk to the manager he pretty well said if he didn’t like it you may leave South Carolina and Seneca very very rude there was no excuse for this was not even busy six tables that’s all the people behind us also left she owned her own business I said you do not act like that when you supposed to be a manager very disappointing
Don’t bother coming servers ignore you and manger is a sorry excuse for person didn’t even get a table the hostess ignored us completely after being there 15 minutes
anyrhi g I got ignored people who came in behind me served immediately I waited over 10 had to make a scene to get someone. was it a white man with 2 black foster babies? I pray not but this isnt the first time a resturant delayed serving me with them. never happened when I'm alone.

called to place a to-go order after seeing the large sign they've recently hung outside claiming that they offer to go orders. the person on the phone said they had to check promptly put me on hold only to return and say they do not accept takeout orders. why on Earth would you hang up a giant sign claiming you allow takeout orders after you just reopened if that were not the case? “Banana pudding” was a joke! I don’t think the waitress charged us for it because she was embarrassed to serve it. Rolls were burnt and NOTHING like how they used to be.
it was my wife's birthday we received your birthday dinner coupon and when came to eat ,,, well our waitress was very slow and seemed to be a bit slow minded as well she charges me for the birthday dinner and I had to get it straightened out and then she didn't know about the birthday dessert or anything about the singing of the birthday song and was so slow that we watched other's getting their drinks and food before us and they came in after us and we continue to ask for water like she had forgotten about us , so it was ok... read more
