Every time I’ve come here the staff has been super friendly and kind. They are always reasonable with their pricing and quick to help & follow up on things when you need it.
Was denied future service after I complained about not being told about a charge upfront and more work being performed than authorized. Rather than make it right with a customer they said to go elsewhere because we couldn’t meet each other’s expectations. Too bad their prices for parts and labor are fair, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Good for you being so busy you can afford to send away customers over miscommunications.
Rick and his crew are efficient and reliable. I truly appreciate how flexible they are for those who have to travel 2 hrs to get service. I had a service light come on and then it turned off after a few days. Rick said it would probably come back on and to keep my appointment. It did and I’m glad that they were able to fix the problem in one day.
FATS is the best shop in town they are very professional and get the work done. I highly recommend them!
They did a great job. They got it done in the time that I needed. And they got it done at the price that they had told me without adding on extra money.
