Dude on the phone seemed like he was more interested in flexing his mind muscle instead of trying to help me out. I might not know all the technical terms a mechanic uses, but "hello, I am trying to get an idea of what a replacement motor for my truck would cost me" should have been enough to get somewhere besides a battle of wits.
I'd like to thank Fats auto parts. They are helpful and make sure you get the right part. I spoke with gentlemen named rod looking for a fuel pump just the pump he found one for $114. We got there rod went home for the day and another gentleman could not figure out where rod found. So they just gave us a complete fuel pump assembly worth $267-318 for the price rod quoted. No Huss no fuss it's unbelievable and very appreciated I was able to fix my wife's car in just a few hrs.. my family thanks fats auto parts no other parts ... read more
