A very distinctive 80 year old family owned Chinese restaurant that does not serve free green tea, and serves banana cream pie instead, though not for free. If you want "typical Chinese food", try a different place. If you want something unique with great food, great service and a fascinating history, try Frank Fat's. In the shadow of the California state capitol building, it has long been the location for "power lunches" between state legislators and lobbyists. A truly great place
