I’ve been a satisfied customer for approximately 8 years. After visiting several hair salons and braid salons in the Columbia area, I found Fatou Braid Salon to be the only salon in the area that maintain consistency in the quality of their braids. In addition, Fatou - without question - is the only braid salon that do sow-in weaves with such attention to detail that you “never” have to worry or be concerned with the thread popping a loose. I HAVE ATTENDED THIS SHOP FOR 3 PLUS YEARS... THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB ON BRAIDING. HOWEVER, THE DOWN SIDE OF THIS SHOP IS LACK OF CONSIDERATION OF THE CUSTOMER TIME , WHEN THEY ARE SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, THE OVER CHARGE, OF CERTAIN HAIR STYLES, AND THE CONSTANT PHONE CONVERSATION THEY HAVE WHILE DOING THEIR CLIENT HAIR.
