I spoke to Ms Fatima and honestly she deserves 5 star. Reasons: 1) she picks the phone herself so no secretaries to go through. 2) She is actually very honest: told me there is no time for her so she can not take my case. 3) she is very nice: she said i can give you Free 20 mins help if u need some questions answered. 4) she is just lovely to talk to.
