This is the WORST run office I have ever been to. It really should get zero stars. My first experience was at the beginning of June, when I showed up for the appointment I had made and confirmed online only to be told that I didn't have an appointment. When I showed the woman at the front desk that I did indeed make an appointment online she said, "Oh, they don't always come through to the office. It's a corporate problem."
