This was my first time going here and I was pleased with the great service and my hair turned out great!
This is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever been too. You come to your appointment you have to wait to be seen then once you are seated they will start on a small and then skip and start on the next person head !!!!! ONLY LET THE OWNER BRAID YOUR HAIR . ALL OF HER OTHER STAFF ARE VERY RUDE. One lady was scratching her private area and I ask her to wash or sanitize her hands. She got very upset and told me not to come back …. The worst experience ever. Now I usually like the aftermath of them doing my hair but this go around -0/10. I specifically showed a style I wanted but they quickly confirmed that my hair was too thick. So no problem I do understand that. I changed the style with no hesitation. Tell me why they give me a totally different style than the 2nd picture that was given. & on top of all that one of the ladies is very heavy handed. I don’t recommend this place to no one.
I called a day prior on availability, I was told to come in at 10 the next day. I arrived at 9:30, expected a little wait.. but actually didn’t get started until 4 in the afternoon. Finally, once in the chair, I had to sit and listen to her complain about how short my hair was the entire time. If it was too short, why take me? On top of the fact , I had to be back to my job by 10 pm.
