The customer service they’re really bad I asked for the school note for my kids. They said they’re gonna call me. I came to twice still I have to wait another half an hour for small note for 30 second staff wait for three hours.
Dr Awan took TWO DAYS to send the medication list to the pharmacy. Called twice but they won't rush at all. Meanwhile I had infection. I was at the pharmacy to find out because he said it will be sent in 10min when I talked to him for the first time. I called and the receptionist told me medication will be sent soon so I went to the pharmacy again but it was not sent which was already second day. They don't care about patients health. Only wants money.
