My freind didn’t have good experience, poor behavior
Very bad experience unfortunately, 1. He doesn’t accept return that raises a high concern regarding the quality of the gold ,please make sure you get the value of your money back. 2. Be careful of the price ,so sneaky .. , agrees on a price then expects higher later on disowning his words , plz make sure you calculate the price accordingly to the gold weight. We had doubts on the quality after this experience and wanted to cancel the deal but he didn’t get his own gold back right away .
The staff was rude and unhelpful, and it felt like customer service was not a priority at all. I asked simple questions about the jewelry and warranties but got rushed answers and an attitude instead. Prices are high for the quality offered, and I did not feel respected as a customer. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this store to others.
This jewelry store is the worst store I have ever been cheap quality of jewelry and very expensive prices not worth it to buy from here
