Worst experience ever asked for straight back cornrows to put jumbo box braids she braided my hair so tight it's hurt ripped out balls of my natural hair while braiding an she braided the back on a spiral couldn't even put in all my braids cuz it hurt to bad to pull them through

0 stars . I felt so uncomfortable coming to this place. Walking in was unwelcoming and trying to ask any question was almost impossible. Let’s start from the beginning. I called and asked multiple questions because of the condition of my scalp and the need for a protective style as I am trying to grow my hair. She stated it would 50.00 for the take down and the wash would be free but that was not the case. I was charged for each service in full. The lovely ladies who did my hair were very nice and let me be very specific with what I’d requested and even suggested recommendations of their own, which was much appreciated. The environment is very friendly and welcoming and I will definitely be coming back!
