Lazy work, no wonder u only accept cash. Not to mention whole back row slipped out 4 days later. And don’t go here thinking u will be done fast. There’s only 1 braider to a head not 2-3 ppl on ur head like a traditional African shop! I was there for 10 hours and she stopped multiple times to tend to her baby. Not worth $350 at all

I do not recommend this place. One of the stylists who braided my hair was very rough with her movements she hit my face, leaving a scratch that was painful afterward. I was very clear that I did not want a lot of weave added and specifically asked for lightweight braids. I’m not sure if there was a language barrier because despite this my hair was extremely bulky and heavy, and I couldn’t even put it into a bun. Did long box braids and curled the ends for my daughter. She is very happy with them. Very good price for the value! We made a 3:30 appointment and they had 3 braiders working on her hair. Definitely worth it. We will only get braids done at Fatima's!

I value Fatima’s customer service, she and her staff delivers every time when it comes to any protective style I request for me or my daughter.
