Grate customer service. Hopefully stay with them long time. My last insurance agency I stay with them last 10 years.

The process of getting a quote was done promptly, and the best pricing was very satisfying for my needs. Having a brand new car is a costly expense, and therefore, I would highly recommend going with Allstate with Fatima for Auto and Rental needs.
Fast and competitive quote with multiple options in deductibles and coverage. I compared with liberty mutual, progressive, GEICO, travelers, and even an insurance broker, and Allstate got me the best rate. Fatima was also super friendly, helpful, and professional.
Highly reccomend Fatima and her team as they were so helpful in securing for me a new homeowner's insurance policy quickly during a stressful time when I had to find a new insurer with just a week's notice. Warning: Avoid Allstate at all cost – Endless Delays and No Resolution! You are in CRAPPY hands! I wanted to put this out there as a heads-up for anyone shopping for insurance: steer clear of Allstate if you actually expect a timely claims resolution. To be clear, THIS IS NOT ABOUT FATIMA.
