If I could give 0 stars I would. They did the absolute worst retwist I’ve ever gotten. And they’re very rude. You couldn’t PAY ME to ever come to them again
When I arrived, the stylist was an hour late. When she arrived, they didn't have the correct color, so I had to wait another 15 minutes before she stopped doing my hair to do someone else's. Then she started halfway through the braid and let another lady finish it, which took longer. I now have tension bumps because the braids are too tight. Do not visit this establishment; the floor is filthy, the ceiling is missing pieces, and there is music bumping all day. Save your money and visit a professional establishment.
Miriam, I believe that is what her name was. She did an amazing job on my Senegalese twists! I love them and I will be back.
