Made an appointment for 10 am and was kept waiting for 2 hours, never even recieved my service!
Mariam gave me some Nubian twist; and I was worried about the time since I went right after work, but she started and didn't stop until it was done. It took less time than I imagined and I was completed in less than four hours. Thanks!!! Update: I've been coming here for sometime now to get my hair done and at first the customer service was better. Last week I had a terrible experience. I spoke with the owner beforehand, and she was very nice and understood exactly what I wanted. However, when I arrived for my appointment, she wasn’t there, and another stylist started on my hair. I tried explaining exactly how I wanted my hair done and asked how many rows she planned to braid. Her response was, “I just braid.” If I’m spending $350, I expect the stylist to communicate with me and make sure my hair is done the way I want it. The worst place, made an appointment and was clear that I had to be there at 10am a few weeks ago and got there and it was like 4 other people in front of me. I spoke with Fatima the day before. She was sure she would have my hair done. It was a mess. I had to be somewhere that evening a meeting and was running around looking crazy bc I had to find someone else..I would never recommend this place. I never write reviews
