I went in there yesterday for knotless braids and walked out-with box braids .. why ? Oh because the braiders did what they wanted to do instead of what i asked for. The place is nasty! The workers walk around barefoot , lay on the couches , roaches are everywhere .. they were eating while doing my hair & complained while doing my hair . It took me a few days to write this because I was extremely upset and in disbelief about what happened to my hair. On Tuesday, January 27, 2026, I went to the salon to have a sew-in removed. An older stylist began taking out my tracks. She used scissors to cut the thread and repeatedly pulled on my hair. I told her to stop because I was uncomfortable with how aggressively she was handling my hair.
