There was a new woman that braided my hair. I paid for extra for waist length braids. They sat there and tried to convince me that they were waist length when they weren't. My braids were sliding off of my hair even in the front. I had braids falling out in the back. Ridiculous! If I paid for waist length then we don't need to have discussions on what waist length is.
