I bought my first property with a Fathom agent guiding me through the process. They made a complicated process simple. I'd pick them again in a heartbeat.
Don is excellent but his client at 225 Main St 214 is very nosey and gets into your private life you would think you were under some type of federal investigation my advice stay away from the 225 Main Street 214 Roselle until the owner gets his act together.
