One of your employees!!! Very inappropriate!!!
The worst real estate agent i ever had. Misrepresented numerous aspects of the sale of my home. Straight out lied to me about who pays closing cost, in N. Carolina the buyer is supposed to and i knew this before asking agent just to see what she said. Lied. I paid the closing cost just to be done with the agent above everything else. I felt she just was interested in listing for her commission and never showed my home. I had to request an open house. No one affiliated with Fathom wanted to assume any responsibility. My time is way too valuable to waste writing about what we went through having already given this realtor business (commissions) based on properties we found ourselves. He took full commission on a property my wife dropped in his lap while i was having triple bypass surgery. When I got out of the hospital we asked him to sell it but he did little to nothing to actually move it - no open houses or other things most realtors do..
