Not sure what happened to Father’s and Sons Volvo but I had the worst experience there today and I still don’t have my car. To say I’m disappointed would be putting it mildly! I am now in a loaner because my car has not even been touched today ! The loaner should have been offered up in the am. An 815 am appt I left for a few hours and came back to sit for three hours. My new go to for problems and maintenance on my favorite car of all time--my 2013 Volvo CX60 is Fathers and Sons in West Springfield. The caring and service is exemplary--especially from Angie and Caleb in service. They pick up and deliver, or offer an Uber, and once even WASHED my car before delivering it back to my home.
