They have multiple places that violate code! Both electricity problems. One of them being a breaker box in a small bathroom with no fan ( literally a direct code violation just look it up)! The two woman who show the apartments have no idea some of the rental information, they lied about how long of a lease they’re looking for! I asked them about an outlet that had smut and was melted when touring!! Tom is amazing! Anyone that says otherwise has to be on drugs rofl. Highly recommend from me! I have been with them for a year and a half almost. I've been renting a studio apartment which has one bedroom and it's very nice and I never had any issues. They always fix whatever may go wrong. Thanks guys!
So, to be fair, they let us move in in Dec. 2018, regardless of our bad credit and just made a deal that we'd put in a good faith payment of 3 extra months ahead of time which worked well, which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. We lived in the upstairs unit of the Greig Terrace double house. I got pregnant in 2019 and gave birth Jan 2020. No good slum lord very dishonest steer clear!! Dirty nasty out dated run down properties. Does not fix or repair tenant problems dodges responsibility.Steer clear and rent some where else!
