Not as impressive in the past. Didn't have any of the alcohol to make a drink I have gotten several times before. Bartender was very busy with her friends visiting her. Service was slow. And we sat at the bar and had to wait for drinks when the bartender was in front of us the whole time. It was busier because of dinner, but we felt like we weren't a priority when our drinks were empty. The food wasn't nearly as good as before. Great meal! The mushroom soup and truffle grilled cheese were amazing! We tried all of the desserts, and they were all fantastic! Service was excellent as well! My only regret was waiting so long to try this place!! Can't say enough great things about our experience!
We visited Father Fats for the first time for our anniversary. We are from out of town but were blown away by the level of service and as equally important, the food!!! We ordered about 5 or 6 different things from the menu along with the Chinatown Cocktail and both agreed we had made a great restaurant selection to celebrate such a special occasion! We will definitely be back the next time we are in town!!!

We often travel to Central WI from the Milwaukee area, to visit family... and just about every trip includes a stop at Father Fats! The ever-changing menu always has too many awesome choices to narrow down. And the flavor combinations are always right on! Their menu would rival some of the best restaurants in Milwaukee. We hope you have a permanent home in Stevens Point!
Visited again Saturday and was not disappointed with anything but the fact that we got full too fast! Great service and great food, as always. Was also nice to not be as busy as it has been in the past.
