Terrible experience. I placed my order in August and still never received the correct items. Fathead sent me two of the same person, one in the wrong size, and one of the girls was missing completely. I provided photos and all requested details multiple times, but customer service kept asking for the same information and clearly never reviewed the ongoing email thread. After months of delays and no resolution, I’m now just trying to get my money back. Extremely unprofessional — I do not recommend ordering from this company.
Terrible! No way to contact the company! Don’t bother doing expedited shipping because it means nothing! What a waste of money! So disappointed!
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Fat Head Printing. The communication was abysmal from start to finish—emails went unanswered, updates were nonexistent, and trying to get any kind of clarity on turnaround time felt impossible. Be very careful using this site. They offer little to no customer service. If you do not catch a known error; they stay silent and tell you oh well... you are out $150. They offer no suggestion or input. Do not bring known issues to light. I would go to a local fastsigns or other print shop where they will work with you to ensure you are satisfied.
