I moved in Fath properties November of last year,, I’ve had several issues since I moved in. My air conditioner broke several times, my kitchen sink constantly gets clogged up, both bathrooms tubs gets clogged and the plaster is so cheap I can’t keep my curtains up at my windows. I come home from work last week to find a note on the ground in the hallway telling me my rent will be increased by $55. What a tacky way to let someone know such a thing.
