If I could give negative stars, I would. Fath has been, hands down, the WORST property I have ever dealt with. Out of the 3 maintenance requests I put into The Brownstones after Fath took over from Greystar, I had to follow up 3 separate times on each request during the course of 2-3 weeks to get each request fulfilled. Sadly, it took me going into the office and raising hell for it to get done. Our garage door had broken due to the sensor going out and we were unable to use it properly for 4 weeks while still paying for it.... read more
