horrible service when it comes to getting returned phone calls for appointments, prescriptions, etc.
The office is horribly understaffed. I called 5 times over a period of one month to try to schedule an appointment. I was first caller in the queue but was sent to voicemail them told the mailbox was full. I finally got my appointment and told the nurse practitioner who saw me the difficulties I had, and she said they get 1000 calls a day on average. I find that hard to believe. Horrible staff answering or not answering phones
someone named christy is trying to say i scheduled an appointment there and i did not, and i did not go to appointment, now i'm being charged a $50 fee for no show...i never set an appointment so of course i did not show for it. she must have me confused with another patient but how are they DEMANDING i pay a fee for something i did not do? and she is rude when i call office to dispute this charge!
