I was super impressed. My sandwich was just meat and bun, but the meat was smoked perfectly, no overwhelming smoke flavor. The sauce was perfect, not too hot nor too blah. A perfect match. Plus, the fried apricot pie was a perfect dessert. I'll be going a lot more.
On the way back from Texarkana we stopped at the motel next door. No more fast food for us. We tried the catfish and it was fine. If I pass through there again, it's Fat Boys for me. EXCELLENT!!!
No complaints whatsoever. Broke my diet eating here.
