Great locally sourced food and even better service. If ever in town definitely check it out best burger in Colorado
It wasn't made like a fat belly'a!!! Also since when does far belly's have string fry's!! And they played n had Mexican food on menu !!!! They also has special's of Chinese food!! They shud change the name of that fat belly's n Carbondale!!!!
Burgers are mediocre at best, but never order the fries. I have never had them cooked right, always under cooked. Workers clearly would rather be anywhere but there. Just got turned away for the second time in a row at 7:45, when they close at 8. They apparently need to be walking out the door at 8. Now for the second time I'm told they're closed 15-20 minutes before they actually close after leaving work early to catch them. I'm done with this place.
