Walked up with a souvenir Yard Dog bottle from another Fat Tuesday location, original receipt in hand. The bottle had a visible crack and was actively leaking. We asked to swap into a new one. Staff spent several minutes inspecting it before calling it "just a scratch" and refused. We decided to just get a refill. While ringing us up, staff was very upbeat, repeatedly saying things like "we got you" and "we'll hook you up," and added two Grey Goose shots that they made sound like comps. They weren't.
