Drove across town just for a sign to be up for 15 minutes that said be back in 5 minutes. Then I get the drink that not even completely frozen in a clear plastic cup. These are daiquiris no no to clear solo cups! We need styrofoam and drop the temps on the machines

Buyer Beware, My husband and I bought a plastic cowboy boot filled with three different frozen daiquiris. It made both of us sick. It’s been three days and we’re still sick. I think those containers that are filled with daiquiris are contaminated with bacteria. They probably don’t wash them out. They just refill over and over again.

We were visiting Houston and dropped in to one of our favorite spots. Staff was nice, but had to call the GM to refund us for cups that were out of stock. We waiting 40 minutes. Micromanaging at its finest. Staff not adequately trained.Staff was stressed and the GM refused to speak with me, but was on the phone with the staff walking them through the return that took way too long. I love Fat Tuesdays, but this franchise owner is tarnishing the brand. Bad experience. I do not recommend.
