Unfortunately the Tinley Park location continues to provide awful pizza and customer service. Pizza was horrible quality (dry, not separated well between the halves of pizza, falling apart, dripping with oil). We were overcharged and the pizza took longer than expected with no apology. Stay away from Tinley park location! Walls were nearly bare as well maybe it’s closing?

1st time Fat Ricky's customer. Ordered a pizza with sausage, onion & green pepper. Pizza was ready on time, but it was overbaked, dry, and did not have enough cheese. It was very unappealing and a big disappointment. Threw out the leftover. Will not be back.

Interior is much smaller than expected from looking at the outside. AC was not working on a very humid summer day. Dining inside would have been miserable. First time visiting to try the Italian beef, heard it was very good but was only so-so. Service was very nice in spite of the heat.

Absolutely the best beef and sausage combo ever had highly recommend if that's your go sandwich

Employees very rude that I spoke to, including the "owner" Tracy. They messed my order up with no option to fix it. Just denied screwing it up. They won't get my hard earned money again. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
