Wer hier 4 oder 5 Sterne gibt, hat noch kein richtig gutes BBQ gegessen. Wir hatten 2 Platten mit 3 Fleischsorten. Erstens war die Fleischmenge zu gering, zweitens war das Fleisch eher trocken. Es wirkte so, als sei das Fleisch schon Tage vorher fertig gemacht und jetzt nur noch aufgewärmt wurde. Die Rippchen sind nicht vom Knochen gefallen. Die BBQ Soße war okay.
