Not as good as Ashland,Ky Waitress was great Brought all the food out at same time,didn't have time to really enjoy it but it was ok
Had the Nitty Gritty Grinder and it was delicious. We all shared some cheese sticks and boneless hot wings that were also awesome. Fat Patty's is a stop we make every trip to Huntington and it has always been delicious!

We took our friend who turned "80" to Fat Patty's for her birthday in February. We had a wonderful time and the waitress was excellent! Fast service!! We have celebrated many birthdays there and always have been very pleased. The food is always delicious and you get large portions! We were there yesterday at 20th St location. We both had the "low carb burger, with salad but I traded my salad for sweet potato fries with caramel sauce!! Yum! Yum!! Need I go on??? We love Fat Patty's!!! A place of CELEBRATION and good food! The fish and chips are excellent, the beer is fun, and the service is the best at the Huntington WV Fat Patty's. We stopped on the way from AZ to NJ this week - our waiter was professional and welcoming, and we enjoyed the break and the meal but I left a bag and car key behind. Steve, the bar manager, was kind enough to put it in the mail to me - thank you Steve and Fat Patty's!
The wings were the best I've ever had and the staff was great!
Great food, would definitely go back. You have to try the pork skins, absolutely amazing
